After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Design from the college of Architecture, Hermes’ career started in 1990 and quickly grew to a partnership, as his talent for combining architecture, the environment, development and the breathtaking Colorado landscape cultivated a talent respected by clients and business associates alike. Hermes assembled a highly qualified and talented team of architects, designers, craftsmen, builders and planners who effectively translate, into reality, his passion for creating unique neighborhoods where architecture is subordinate to the lansdcape. Under Hermes leadership, Hermes Group and its affiliates became an established and reputable real estate development company enabling its subsidiaries to grow exponentially over the last twenty years, with annual financial sales exceeding $100M.

Complimenting Hermes’ enthusiasm for development is his passion for the communities in which he works.
